To help you present your game, we have prepared a PDF template. It shows what to include in your submission and in what order.

Why we ask you to follow the template
You are free to design your pages your own way, with your own art, colors and style. What we ask is that you keep the structure: the same sections, in the same order. This matters for several reasons.
- A clearer and faster evaluation. When every project follows the same structure, our team knows exactly where to find each piece of information and can review your game sooner.
- A fair comparison. Every game is presented with the same key facts, so each project is judged on its ideas, not on how its document is organized.
- Nothing important is missed. The template covers everything we need to evaluate a game. If you follow it, your submission is complete from the start, and we don't need to come back to you with questions.
- It is easier to share internally. A clear, consistent document is easier to pass on to the different people involved in the review.
- It helps you too. Filling in each section is a good check of how ready your game is, and the final checklist helps you catch details before you submit.
What the template includes
- Cover: the game title, version, one-line pitch and your contact details.
- How to use this template: a short guide. Delete this page before you submit.
- Game at a glance: the key facts, such as players, play time, age, genre, mechanics and development stage.
- The pitch: the hook, the theme and what makes your game different.
- How to play: the goal, a typical turn and how the game ends.
- Components and visuals: what is in the box and how the game looks on the table.
- Development and playtesting: where your game is today and how it has been tested.
- Links and media: your video, rulebook and print-and-play files.
- Before you submit: a final checklist. Delete this page before you submit.
How to use it
- Replace every grey text in [brackets] with your own content.
- Keep it short. Around 8 to 12 pages is ideal.
- Use images. Photos of your prototype, mock-ups or sketches help us understand your game quickly.
- Put videos and large files in links, using well-known platforms such as YouTube or Google Drive. Make sure the links open without a login.
- Export as one PDF file under 20 MB, named GameTitle_Version_DesignerName.pdf.
- Match the title and version in your PDF to the Subject you write in the submission form.
Your personal background and the story of how the game was created go in the Description field of the form, not in the PDF. See How to Fill In the Submission Form for details.
