The submission form is short, and each field has a specific purpose. This guide explains what to write in each one, so your project reaches our team clear and complete.
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Your email address*
This is the address we will use to contact you about your submission. Please use an email you check regularly. All our communication about your project will go to this address and through this portal.
Subject*
The Subject is the name of your submission. It is how we will identify your project from the moment it arrives, so keep it short and clear.
Usually it is simply the name of your game. If you are sending a new version, or a different take on a project you submitted before, add that to the name.
For example:
- Deep Harbor
- Deep Harbor – Version 2.0
- Deep Harbor – Revised edition after playtesting
- Ember Crown – Solo mode expansion
Please avoid general subjects such as "Game submission" or "New idea". They make it harder for us to find and follow your project.
Description*
The Description is where you tell us about you and the story behind the project. It is not the place to explain the rules. Use it to give us the background and context that help us understand where your game comes from.
For example, you can tell us:
- who you are and your experience as a designer;
- if you work alone or as part of a team, and each person's role;
- what inspired the game and how the idea started;
- how long you have been working on it, and how it has changed along the way;
- how much playtesting it has had, and with whom;
- anything else you think helps us understand your project, even if it is not strictly about the game.
A few short paragraphs are enough.
Designer full name*
Your full name, or the names of all the designers if you work as a team.
Game title
The commercial or working title of your game, without version numbers. For example: Deep Harbor.
Game Description*
This is where you present the game itself, in up to 1,000 characters. Tell us:
- the theme or setting;
- what players do, and the core of the gameplay;
- the number of players and the approximate play time;
- what makes your game different.
Think of it as the text on the back of the box. It should make us want to open your PDF.
Attachments (PDF only)
Attach one PDF file with your project, for example a sell sheet or presentation, a rules summary, and images of your prototype.
Please note:
- We only accept PDF files. Other file types will not be reviewed.
- If you want to share a video or larger files, include the link inside your PDF. We accept links to well-known platforms, such as YouTube or Google Drive.
- Please do not send ZIP files, executables or links to unknown websites.
I accept the Game Submission Agreement*
Before submitting, please read our Game Submission Terms and Conditions. Ticking this box confirms that you have read and accept them.
