How the review process works
After you submit your concept, it is added to CMON’s review queue for evaluation by the appropriate team. Each submission is reviewed according to CMON’s internal process and current priorities.
How CMON will contact you
If your project is a fit, CMON will contact you using the email address you provided in your submission. Make sure your email address is current, accurate, and monitored regularly so you do not miss a response.
Response times
Response times can vary depending on submission volume and internal review priorities. Some concepts may receive a faster response than others, while others may take longer to reach review.
If your concept is not selected
If your concept is not selected, you may not receive a detailed follow-up. Even so, your submission will still be reviewed according to CMON’s process.
Tips for a smooth review
Keep your contact information accurate and up to date.
Monitor the email address you used in your submission.
Avoid sending duplicate submissions unless you have a significant update to share.
